The more we learn about Blessed Alexandrina, the more incredible her life seems. Thankfully, it is very well documented and witnessed. Only the Lord knows what effect her role as a Victim Soul had and is still having in the world, what tribulations were mitigated by her extraordinary sacrifice. Blessed Alexandrina, pray for us.
From Jose Ferreira Fb page: BLESSED ALEXANDRINA COMFORTS AN ITALIAN NUN It is also from the Monthly Bulletin that we copy the following episode, which took place with a nun in Italy. It was Fr. Humberto who made it known, and, if I am not mistaken, he recounts it in one of his books. The nun herself tells the story: “One afternoon, I found myself feeling very sad. I felt extremely unwell and was crying over a fault of mine that had caused suffering to the person caring for me. With my face buried in my hands, I asked Jesus to forgive me. Imagine my surprise when, raising my eyes, I saw Alexandrina sitting on a chair beside my bed, her face beaming with joy, in the manner of someone waiting for the most opportune moment to offer comfort and help. She smiled at me with infinite sweetness and said these words: ‘Courage! (and here she said my name). Jesus is so good… He is so good!’ Still smiling, as though she had simply come to deliver a message, she stood up and disappeared. I immediately felt relieved. Peace returned to my heart, and my desire to get better and to suffer for souls in need grew stronger. 6 May 1956. Sister Gema.
