It's no big deal. Got me out of doing housework today. In a way, I was glad to get rid of the last of my spare supply because it was causing clutter. Be careful, John, to double check everything you take for covid especially if you're on any other medications. Some supplements can be harmful to people with certain medical conditions. I have zero medical knowledge and rely on online videos from people like John Campbell and Mobeen Syed as well as the FLCCC. I don't remember which meds or ailments because I only pay attention if there's mention of an ailment I may have, and I'm not on any prescription meds. I have a vague memory of hyperthyroidism being mentioned as well a blood thinners but I'm sure that other ailments and meds were mentioned. The FLCCC protocol includes stuff that I don't have because it's only available on prescription. Even if I could get it, I wouldn't take prescription meds without consulting my doctor. Dr. Mobeen has a video about Vitamins D3 and K2. It's an old video so dosages may have changed since then but I recall a warning about Vitamin K2 and blood thinners. That video was great for explaining how the body metabolises Vitamin D. Because Vitsmin D3 is stored in the body's fat tissue, people who are overweight may need to take a higher dose. I don't recall what Quercetin does. I think it has something to do with how the body absorbs zinc. Double check everything. There's plenty of info on the internet about IVM. Take care of yourselves and your precious children.
I sure could do with the prayers but I only have my own supply now. It looks like we all, vaxer or not, will get this new variant so better to do what we can to strengthen our immune system now rather than waiting for the dreaded positive test.
Will definitely pray. I'm sure you know already about the Vitamin C, D and Zinc, etc. The couple of people I know who had the virus recently complained of extreme tiredness, sore throat and sinus problems
