Maybe Jesus wants to bring this warrior for Him home for other reasons. Remember death is not the end but the beginning and for those of faith, it is the best day or our lives!
Seems from personal observation based on the stats that some countries seem to have a stronger strain of the virus where death rates are much higher such as China, Italy, Iran, Spain & Egypt -- Death rate in South Korea & Ireland for example much lower per capita so I am wondering are there different 'strains'?
So called draconian measures do make a difference. Schools in my state have shut down and looks like the courts will as well. We now have 12 confirmed cases and five presumptive. Many over 60. Some young. Some in between.
Let us all thank Padraig for this blog where we can be together as the MOG family to pray for one another. This is not the end of the tribulations, but the beginning. We need each other, so let us remain at peace and see all as the Will of God for our good and the salvation of souls. Fiat!

The only state with no cases is West Virginia. It is really remote. I wonder if that is why? There are towns and cities, but nothing on a large scale. Most of the state is remote. But tourism is a major industry there, and it looks as though that might not fare well at all. But that might be a good thing. The governor of WV closed the schools anyway as a preventive act. He said he didn't want the school kids to take the virus back to their grandparents.

These comments clearly refer to a Communist takeover led by Russia which will appear to have succeeded and in the midst of this frightful aggression will be a harrowing persecution of the Church. Priests will have to go into hiding, Churches will be boarded up and it will become very difficult for the faithful to practice their religion or for Holy Mass to be celebrated freely. During an interview with Fr. Francis Benac, S.J. in 1978, Mari Loli further explained “it was all related to communism and what is going to happen in the Church and to the people because all these things are to have repercussions amongst the people. When the Church suffers confusion, the people are going to suffer too. Some priests who are communists will create such confusion that people will not know right from wrong “. Jacinta stated in 1979, “These difficult events will take place before the Warning, because the Warning itself will occur when the situation will be at its worst “.
Depends how one interprets the Signs of the Times. No one interpretation should hold sway over who can say if this virus is not part of the Tribulation, even if people feel that they are experts on a particular apparition. In my opinion, I feel Communism has already ran amok throughout the world. The Churches are now closing their doors and this also was a sign before the warning occurs...that’s my opinion, may not be other people’s and I’m fine with that.

100% agree with you Serena. Even the prediction that the Pope visits Moscow may be interpreted differently. He visited Cuba a communist nation and sat with the Russian Patriarch, something that has not been done in centuries.
