I'm jealous. It seems so long now since I've been to mass, I've lost track. But today I had such a hunger for the mass. Why today? I've no idea, just a huge, huge hunger.

I felt this too. Last night and then early this morning. I prayed Mass on li ne at the shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. So beautiful and poignant. Will we ever get back to regular Mass and Holy Communion?

There's no doubt that being away from mass and the Sacraments is a real pain. A kind of Spiritual sore tooth. I think I felt is more today as took my first two days of annual leave for three moths and this gave me time to walk and relax and feel it. Being bust concealed the hunger. It reminds me that being busy can be a bad thing in that it gives less time for God. That we live for God and not for work.

I know with a Chastisement like the virus of Church closures it is good to point to our ourselves first for blame, rather than others.

How many times did I receive Communion unworthily?

How many times did I attend mass in routine and without a fire in my heart?

How many times did the Proclamation of the Gospel pass over my head without even properly listening?

How many times did I fail to see Christ and Christ Crucified on the altar with Mary His mother standing by His side?

How many times. How many times!1 How many times!

Yes tonight in prayer in my hunger and pain I saw Christ stand before me as Risen in a bright robe of Light and He reached His hand towards me placing it on my shoulder and looking at me ith great kindness and sympathy.

I was was reminded that though I hunger for Him , He hungers a thousand times more for me. Also this is a General Chastisement rather than a particular one aimed at me and I must not take the weight of the entire planet too much on my own shoulders, which is such a comfort.

We long for God. So true. But the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus long for us a thousand, thousand times more.

The reaction to this seems to be more about the implementation of increased control over our lives rather than prevention of illness. Since when did governments honestly care about our health?

It's so hard to navigate. My son called this morning and said one of his technicians is still sick with this virus. High fever and chills and a dreadful cough. It's out there and its nasty. Just hard to know what is really going on but none of us wants to get sick with this!.

I remember well the last time I went to Mass. It was a Monday and my Priest stated it was the last for a while. I was so grateful I went in the midst of packing to move!! I went to Confession Thursday of the next week as well. I cried both out of joy and sadness.

I have seen great resistance to this agenda, on social media. I see the upheaval of society coming about when they try to enact this agenda...

  14. NYT's expected hit piece: politics is always based on that "root of all evil".....filthy lucre/ $$$$$. In their now obvious panic they're only advertising hydroxy as being effective.

NYT Magazine Publishes Hit Piece on Renowned French Doctor Who Identified Inexpensive Cure for Coronavirus – Top Critic Linked to Gilead and Remdesivir

The French doctor who identified a cure for the coronavirus that saw immediate results, is now being targeted and smeared by those who want to cash in on a different more expensive drug made by Gilead.

The hit piece attacks Dr. Raoult for recommending a cure for the China coronavirus – hydroxychloroquine:

San Diego’s Sorrento Therapeutics says antibody shows ability to block virus
News by: City News Service, Merrilee Moore Posted: May 15, 2020 / 12:09 PM PDT / Updated: May 15, 2020 / 04:08 PM PDT
    https://fox5sandiego.com/news/san-d...s-says-antibody-shows-ability-to-block-virus/
SAN DIEGO – A local company says it is making significant progress in developing an antibody treatment to fight COVID-19.

San Diego-based Sorrento Therapeutics Inc. announced Friday that an antibody it is developing has shown an ability to block coronavirus infection of healthy cells in the laboratory. It is one of about a dozen antibody candidates the company says has demonstrated the ability to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection of human cells.

“If this antibody does what we hope it does — and we think it does — this would potentially end the epidemic the second we get approved,” said Dr. Mark Brunswick, senior vice president at Sorrento.

Company CEO Dr. Henry Ji lauded the effectiveness observed so far in trials.

“We discovered a neutralizing antibody — very potent,” Ji said. “That means a very low quantity of it will be able to wrap around the virus, block them from infecting the normal cells.”

Sorrento Therapeutics said STI-1499 “completely neutralized the virus infectivity at a very low antibody dose, making it a prime candidate for further testing and development.” The announcement came one week after the company said it was collaborating with Mount Sinai Health System to develop an “antibody cocktail” called COVI-SHIELD to potentially treat COVID-19.

Sorrento Therapeutics said STI-1499 likely would be the first antibody in COVI-SHIELD, though it is also expected to be developed as a stand-alone therapy.

Ji said the treatment would keep the virus from replicating and essentially starve it out. With such promising results thus far, the next step includes completing animal trials before moving into treating COVID-19 patients — something they say could possibly begin as early as July.

But first, the FDA has to approve it, Brunswick said.

“We will do everything we can to help the FDA review our data and assure themselves, and therefore the American public, that these are safe and effective drugs,”he said.

If approved, the treatment possibly could hit the market more than a year before a vaccine is ready.

“We are very excited and hope to get this into patients very, very soon,” Brunswick said.

I bet they do. I saw this article yesterday. I have to admit I am very skeptical but I wonder, what this antibody is from? Mice? Monkeys? Aborted children? Pretty much anything created these days using antibodies is coming from a cell from a living creature or person. Remember that and ask questions. My doctor recently tried putting me on a medication using mouse antibodies grown in a lab. I politely declined.
