Devotion to Our Lady, a Marian Spirituality changes us, making us gentler, kinder, more joyful , more caring of the salvation of other souls, a people of prayer. It also makes us warriors, throwing is into direct confrontation with Satan, for he and the Queen are constantly entwined in Battle, Mary being, 'She who stands in the Gap'.
