We are really heading into interesting times. Events and certain prophesies continue to align.

I wonder if there is a cover up going on. I never even heard about some of this stuff. I think news that should be on the front page is being shifted to the back.

In the, 'Financial Times ' front page today there is hardly a mention...

It isn't so much a cover up as an attempt to allay fears as they try to come up with a solution. The reports will make it to the front pages when the "solution" can be included in the text, unless it all falls apart beforehand.

There could be an element of desperately hoping that it's just a matter of not inflicting a lack of confidence in the world economy by overly publicising it. More cynically, the elites may be attempting to consolidate as much of their wealth before the whole house of cards collapses, therefore keeping their media silent. On the other hand, the standards of journalism nowadays are so incompetent that anything that doesn't fit the standard narrative may not register.

See this report in Reuters http://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-monte-paschi-ceo-statement-idUKKCN0UY1F2 about Italy's third largest bank. It has a familiar ring to it. Deutschebank is reporting a 6 billion loss.

BBC mentioned it briefly on a very early news report last week, but I don't think it was repeated in later news bulletins. There was an ECB press conference either the same day or the next day where Draghi said there would be more monetary easing and I think that smoothed over any jitters.

More monetary easing = printing money.

Printing money is only a short-term fix.

We will see great volatility & turbulence in the markets this year as uncertainty adds to uncertainty.

But eventually, when the penny drops that there are no more 'short-term' fixes we will see fear in the eyes of financiers and economists.

There is a very big reality check coming. There is a great shaking coming.

The economic is only one factor. Add in all of the other factors - political instability; social and moral chaos; the machinations of global elites aka masonic & satanic forces --

2016 may well be the year we will see conditions deteriorate to the point that by the end of the year we might be expecting the warning to come.

Dragi's solution is to increase the cause.

Common sense tells one that something that is too easily and widely available is more likely to be treated with disdain. Increased money supply, most especially at the very cheap current prices, simply fuels more reckless lending, with the banks further encouraged with the knowledge that if things go wrong once more, not to worry we can count on being bailed out with more quantitative easing. Moral hazard is a notion that seems to have gone the way of all things moral and as for common sense, that's for the commoners.

The process of people borrowing all this cheap, even free (apparently many hedge funds are borrowing at 0%) money is perhaps extending the life support to the stock markets for the moment. When no amount of oxygen can continue to sustain this life, nor the banking calamities, what is going to happen, particularly with the sudden, sharp shock of unaccounted costs of mass immigration?

Discovering that Utopia is unachievable is going to be a very painful and tragic lesson.

yesterday I connected by phone with a friend I met on Catholic Planet (years ago) who also lived in NJ (now in FL). We met in person one time. We maintain occasional phone contact. She reached out at Christmas to chat about the signs of the times. We have been playing Phone Tag for a month....Yesterday, we finally connected and spoke of how we both feel this is the year...The Economic Collapse is imminent. You can feel the anxiety in the air everywhere. We spoke about how important MOG and Charlie's blog have been for maintaining HOPE and Mark Mallet, Pelianito and Spirit Daily.

We shared some minor preps we are doing for our families and some medical supplies we have been storing over the year with the idea of sharing with those given to us in need. She is a CCD teacher and she ends each class with....Acknowledge God, Take the Next Right Step, and Be a Sign of Hope to Those Around You.....sound familiar? It's all we can do for what's in front of us....there will be no turning back from this. It's inevitable.

I think there are many warnings out there re a dawning disaster that are being largely ignored.

I think that governments will persist in reassuring us, right until the edge of the cliff is under our feet.
Being a modern debit card, smart phone, internet surfing shopper I try to imagine a different state of affairs and I am struggling. My experience is very limited to shops having stuff.

Today I taught my teenage daughter how to use a cash till point with her new bank card. She was thrilled to have instant access to her pocket money.

I'm praying for all our families who will be hit by total confusion. But I do think communities will rise together to protect and shelter each other.

I think he has children, probably groomed to take over the reins.
Hope it isn't sinful to look forward to him getting his comeuppance. Maybe with the Chinese he will have bitten off more than he can chew.

According to Wiki, he was married three times and has five children. It looks like two of his sons are following in his footsteps, involved in the financial world and supporting "causes". As if one of him wasn't bad enough. Lord save us.

I might have known that he had some connection with the odious Van Jones. He was the one whose name I couldn't remember that boasted about the US Democratic Party having been taken over by young progressives when it looked like Sanders was gaining momentum. At the rate he waxed lyrical about Hillary Clinton after their recent stage managed town hall, and Obama giving her a not so subtle endorsement, I reckon they all must have had their wings clipped by Bloomberg's shot across the bows.
