Era of Peace or the coming of the antichrist?

This might be wrong, but as a lowly sinner who doesn't know the mind of God and how He decides everything, I tend to think of Revelation as a chronological book, more or less. Some people hold that the vast majority of the book of Revelations took place in ancient times with the destruction of the temple, the Roman persecution of the faithful, the triumph of the Church, with the current horrible events being the leadup to the absolute final battle of Gog and Magog. But, and this is only my lowly opinion, and I could be wrong, I feel as though we are still stuck on Revelation 6, the horsemen and the breaking of the seals. I tend to think of the Warning, which might possibly be this year, as the 6th seal that makes everyone on earth afraid and trembling. If that is indeed the case, then we will have to go through the false prophet, the beast and the mark of the beast (which does sound like the Antichrist), the persecution, and the death and rebith of the world, followed by the period of peace Mary talked about before the devil tries his last failed gambit.

 

The timeline of St. Louis de Montfort is nearer to Fr. Ripperger which is the 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ will happen during the era of Peace.

This means the Antichrist will have to make his/its move now. The Beast System infrastructure is being built now with the rapid tokenization of all earthly assets, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink just said this in public. You can run but you can't hide.

 

Apparently from different apparition sites we are on Chapter 12 of the Book of the Apocalypse. The coming of the anti Christ is just before Armageddon, the Final Battle and the End of the World.

There are kind of shadows of the anti Christ. Evil people forged in his image, such as Nero, Stalin Napoleon , Hitler and so on. I belief Fr Ripperger is mistaken.

 

The apparitions of Our Lady of Kibeho and Jesus to St. Faustina lead me to think we're much closer to Jesus' return than people think.

 

I have utmost respect for Fr Ripperger and he is a font of knowledge but he did say 'we might be' --

I think the 'lesser' chastisement period and the 'greater' chastisement mirror each other so there could well be some minor anti-Christ coming into the scene whereas the anti-Christ comes in the later period.

 

It’s okay to change our viewpoints as God reveals more to us.

 

I agree. We have the words of our Lady of Good Success and at LaSalette. Also Our Lady of Revelation and Our Lady of Fatima. All promise heavenly intervention when things are at their worse. That Our Lady will restore peace. Satan will be chained. The Church will flourish. It is after this that the antichrist comes.

 

I think when it comes to the interpretation of these realities whether biblical or extra biblical there is a lot of confusion. This person says this etc etc. the Church teaches of a great religious deception, period of upheaval and persecution etc. Does it really matter what happens and in what order. It is like a spiral. There have been many antichrists and will continue to be. I don't think there is A neat demarcation line that would be sufficient evidence for us now. Even Christians of first century believed they were in the LITERAL last days.

 

Yes as it says in Scripture (St Peter) a thousands years are like a day in the eyes of the Lord. So when we hear the word , 'Soon', at apparition sites it could easily be a thousand years.

True we are indeed in the End Times. But the end times will take centuries to complete.

I believe this is where the confusion arises.
'Soon', to God is not, 'Soon ', to us

 

It certainly feels like the real thing for sure.

 

One thing I wonder is whether there is any consensus about what exactly the great and greatest punishment of the “lesser tribulation” will be. Most Catholics who are familiar with the subject generally believe that the Three Days of Darkness will be the climax of everything. However, there have been very orthodox and well-formed Catholics who rejected the authenticity of this prophetic event, such as Bishop Athanasius Schneider and the late Brazilian Catholic apologist Orlando Fedeli (1933–2010).

 

The greatest Punishment is already occurring. The Apostacy and Satanic Worship in the Vatican.

 

I think Fr. Ripperger is just mistaken. People act like he’s more infallible than the Pope!

 

At this stage and bear in mind we live in it who cares about the west in the grand scheme of things. the west is a horrid satanic mess. A strange turn of phrase
