It was on ewtn. Looks to be Italian. Quite well done. I'm thinking of ordering it from ewtn religious catalogue. I was deeply touched by it.

Online on ewtn, there is a schedule of offerings. You might find out when it will be shown again. Or like AED, you can order it.

Nuland and her likes have perpetrated incredible degrees and amounts of evil. It seems extraordinary that individuals can have such power. Unfortunately, she has manoeuvred herself right into the centre of US power again.

Don't despair. RFK Jnr seems a sane man, even if one might not agree with all his opinions.

The above is a link to an informative site, which I've hit upon. It seems a reasonable summary of events. What strikes me is that the apparent military unpreparedness of the United States and NATO is exactly the setup one would expect for the fulfilment of what is Church-approved prophesy.

What also registered with me strongly was the attitude of the Bulgarian president, blaming the Ukraine for the war. This attitude does not indicate a strong and united NATO. It also seems a bit rich for Bulgaria to complain about the cost of the war in Treasure as the misfortunate Ukrainians continue to pay in Blood. This point is crucial. For Bulgaria, and I suspect the tendency increases exponentially as one moves westward, Treasure supersedes Blood and a Europe with this kind of spirit will fold like a house of cards if Russia moves towards the Atlantic. Given our circumstances, and though I greatly fear such a prospect, it is hard for me to resist the urge to think "bring it on".

Of course, who is to be the French King? Macron!!!? God help us.

Well said. And I agree completely. I don’t believe the average person living in France, Spain, Italy, etc is thrilled about all this.

That's a very, very good read...

I can draw no other conclusion than to suggest that our Western leaders are psycho, blood-thirsty despots intent on the murderous destruction of the entire world.

    May God forgive them..

They're hoping the Ukrainians will 'punch through' the Russian defenses and 'cause havoc in the rear'. More a recipe for getting surrounded, I would think, in the total absence of air support.

Do you fear this could be the impetus for NATO to supply direct air support? Or is it possible they will leave Zelensky's troops high and dry in such a vulnerable circumstance rather than use the opportunity to justify a dangerous escalation?

From what I'm reading, NATO is very nervous about supplying the Ukraine with aircraft, firstly because Russian anti-aircraft weaponry is very effective and secondly because they fear that Russian aircraft are superior. It would be an enormous blow for US prestige, and for Biden's re-election prospects if, as is speculated, the ageing F-16 turned out to be outclassed by the Russian Su-35. I have read a 2018 quotation from General Milley to this effect. The United States seem very reluctant to hand over any F-16's, using the excuse of their frontal air-intakes being at risk of picking up destructive debris on war-cluttered airfields. This seems only another way of saying that this plane is only suitable in a position of total air dominance.

I am now down a YouTube rabbit hole of SU-35 videos. The manoeuvrability is leaving me breathless!

Sometimes I think about how mankind as gone from cave dwelling to absolutely astonishing technology.

I once heard about a survey of doctors who were asked to name the most important medical advance. The winner was ..... the flush toilet!

I read a post in the last day or two quite admiring of the Bergoglian diplomatic efforts. It said that he has managed to steer a relatively neutral course, criticising the Russian decision for war, but conceding that there was considerable provocation. For their part, the Russians have been very careful not to strike churches of any hue in their attacks, the recent case in Odessa notwithstanding. There is also the factor that the Russians are not Catholics-therefore Pope Francis hasn't gone out of his way to insult them.

    The game might be on.

Think about it...the narrative we were being force-fed in the media last year was that the Ukrainians were cruising and the Russians were useless incompetents of Keystone Cops proportions, dying with impunity at a rate of ten to the one Ukrainian. It seemed that it was only a matter of time before the Ukrainian army found itself on the outskirts of Moscow. The consensus seemed so complete that, for myself, I was accepting it, though mystified at the decline of Russian military prowess, especially considering their impact in Syria. I finally found an alternative narrative last Christmas in the site of the Catholic blogger, Mundabar. I had left Mundabar a few years ago, because I thought he was too crude in his comments on Pope Francis. Now, I realise he's just a very perceptive Italian with a typically blasé and unprecious attitude to popes!
