I don't mean to be disagreeable, and please bear with me here because maybe someone can help me see this differently. I've been wrong (many) times before, I did think that the chastisement would come in 2017 (100 years of satan's reign plus Fatima equals me being wrong ) But, bluntly put, the main obstacle I have with garabandal is that none of the children became nuns. St. Bernadette and Sr. Lucia became sisters and yet NONE of these girls had a religious vocation. I would really appreciate other people's points of view on this, and forgive me if I've stepped on anyone's toes.
I've always felt that some of these decisions have to do with the sad reality that the spirit of the world has entered so many seminaries and convents. If we look at things from this angle, then the Lord would be protecting the faith and mission of certain seers by placing some of them in the world instead.
Today in Garabandal history: DECEMBER 8, 1963: Awakened by a mysterious interior uneasiness, Conchita went to the church at around 5:30 a.m. with her mother. Before the church doors, she fell into ecstasy . . . The Blessed Virgin first "wished me a happy feast day," adding these profound words (almost identical to those said, in 1858, to Bernadette in Lourdes): "You will not be happy on Earth, but, yes, you will be in Heaven!" When he returns, hostilities will break out in Europe, and things will escalate, until things are at their worst, (maybe on the brink of WW3 ), then God will step in and give us the Warning, as he does not want it to go any further.

During a locution that occurred on this December 8, 1964, the Blessed Virgin of Mount Carmel revealed to Conchita that she would have a new apparition of the Archangel St. Michael, on next June 18, (1965). The Light bulb story The Chief of the Civil Guard, Juan Alvarez Seco, remembers and tells this story. “One day María Dolores ( Mari Loli ) was on the second floor of her house where she had apparitions many times. Her father Ceferino had said that, when they came down from there to the floor below where the tavern was, they would unscrew the light bulb since there was no switch to turn it off. Loli, while putting her hand on the bulb this time, fell into ecstasy, and she didn't take away her hand. We all feared that if she continued like this, holding onto the lit light bulb, she would burn her hand. Her mother said, “Heavens, take away the light bulb!” However all our efforts were useless. Then we called Mari Cruz who wasn't in ecstasy, and she—with the greatest of ease—made Loli let go of the bulb. Her hand was not burned. Then the girl went down the stairs and continued her ecstatic march “.

Hi Andy , things are well,(retired now) but Mary had other plans. Lets just say I felt an "urge" this month to "push harder" my apostolate , so I now have 9 different language pages going at the same time, plus here. THE WHOLE VILLAGE GOES TO CONFESSION “The Night of Screams” (June 19,1962, Girls see the future Tribulations) Fr. Valentin’s notes say that the dramatic apparition ended at around 2:00 in the morning. The girls then said that they would stay there the whole night in prayer. And many decided to stay there with them. Among them was Eloisa de la Roza Verlarde: “ I don’t think anyone left, we were praying with them until six in the morning. At that hour ( with the first light of day), Fr. Larrazabal, a Franciscan Friar, left for the church, with all the people following him. And the confession line began. Hey Glenn. I had forgotten that the night of screams also included tribulation before the Warning. Do we know what sorts of things they were shown for this time?
While Conchita never went into "specifics", it wasn't difficult the imagine the scene of the pre-Warning Tribulation. Imagine the world on the verge of WW3 (Remember Mary said " NO WW #", and here's the reason why from Mari loli: An excerpt from the above mentioned German book[2nd Ed.] Mrs. (Christine) Bocabeille then asked Mari Loli: “If you are not allowed to tell me the exact year of the Warning, perhaps you could tell me approximately when it will happen.” “Yes it will be that time when the world will most need it.” “When is that?” “When Russia will unexpectedly and suddenly overrun and overwhelm a great part of the free world. God does not want this to happen so quickly. In any case the Warning will come when you will see that Holy Mass cannot be celebrated freely anymore; then it will be that the world will most need the intervention of God” So God brings the "Warning" to put a hault to the madness it seems. -Glenn
We often see the Russian intervention in a negative sense. The way Europe is going with the enslavement of the people through covid passports and mandates we will soon be completely under totalitarian control. Perhaps, Russia wil invade to set us free from the tyranny?
I have been wondering that a lot too garabandal. I also was very mindful of that Glenn when covid first began and the masses stopped other than virtually.
Good point and that offers a possible explanation for something that puzzles me which is why God doesn't want this to happen "so quickly". Implying that he does want it to happen but not yet? Or more gradually?
HAIR DRY IN THE RAIN ,by Placido Ruiloba “As the ecstasy was prolonged and the pathways became more difficult to traverse, my arm got tired from holding the umbrella and I closed it even though the rain continued without letup. I accompanied the girl for twenty minutes and was soaked through and through; my feet were swimming in my shoes.
