Sorry PNF, I've had a 15 hour day today, just seeing this at 10:30pm. John T, I couldn't have said any better myself. PNF is incorrect to use Loli's "when things are at their worst", and apply it to ALL OF TIME, IT WAS MEANT IN REFFERNCE TO THE "WARNING ERA " ONLY ! PNF, You're beating a dead horse with all these " Anti-Christ " posts, when I can not speak on it as it WAS NEVER MENTIONED AT GARABANDAL ! You pushing the limits of my patience on this topic. Go start another thread on this topic, but it is done here.
You did great, Glenn! I just watched the whole interview show a couple of hours ago. I will watch it all over again tomorrow when they do get this in close-captioning. Can't wait to watch it again. I've followed Garabandal ever since, I think, like back in 2009. But your thread here on this forum helped me so much to learn and understand more on the Message of Garabandal. Again, good job, Glenn!
"But first you must live good lives". The simple yet profound message of our Lady at Garabandal. Who would have thought in the early 196Os that such a request would become so difficult in such a short period of time in our era. One can only live a good life these days with the grace of God. That little phrase has haunted me over the years as I struggled with serious sin yet with the grace of God and perseverance I have improved and in all humility I think I am at last living a good life free from mortal sin. Yet we must be careful not to fall since the evil one always attempts to lure us into false sense of security. That little phrase has led to my conversion. Thanks to our Lady and her Rosary.
September 24, 1961. “Conchita and Mari Cruz went up to the Pines at 7 in the evening. Mari Cruz fell into ecstasy and said: “There is a priest here dressed in layman’s clothes. Then she arrives at the door of the Church and says: “Oh! The priest is next to me!” (The priest dressed in layman’s clothes was named Maximino Barrio from the village of Renedo de Valdavia, Palencia). Then she gave the rosaries to be kissed and returned them to the people. “ Fr. Valentin Marichalar Torres , Notebook #1 , September 24, 1961 September 24, 1962 “The girls live a life of true sacrifice. Conchita’s mother told me that she sleeps better in a chair than in her own bed now since she passes so much time sitting and waiting with us for the ecstasies. She sleeps supporting her head on the wall. The next day she goes to work, and so do the girls. They wash, clean, go to the river to do laundry, and continue with normal life. On Sundays they play in the road with the other girls from the village. We see them very little on the days when they work. They are very healthy and beautiful. They don’t show any signs of fatigue. They are very different from others in their character and their manner of acting. I asked them if they are friends, and they said that they were as good friends with each other as they were with the other girls in the village. What impresses me most is the way their faces change when they are in ecstasy. ” Fr. Valentin Marichalar Torres , Notebook #2 , September 24, 1962
"Blood throughout Europe" "Regarding the Miracle, Conchita mentioned that during her visit with him in January of 1966, Padre Pio told her: "The great wonder of God (the "Miracle") must be paid for with much blood throughout Europe.“ - Albrecht Weber, Garabandal: Der Zeigefinger Gottes,(Garabandal :the Finger of God”) 2000 . Barry Hanratty (Editor, Garabandal Journal) received confirmation from Mr. Weber that Conchita mentioned it in the presence of her mother, Eloise Deguia and himself, and that his mother wrote it down word for word.

I want to correct myself on my theory about the Warning being identical to the Second Coming. As I have been reading and thinking more, the events sound different to me now. The Warning is more of a revelation of our sins. The Second Coming is described as a judgment for our sins. The Warning must come before the Judgement (Second Coming), and then there needs to be a period of time when people can correct their actions before they are judged. Otherwise it wouldn't make logical sense. So having said that, I have a new possible solution to the mysterious "letter A" that describes "the Warning." I now think the word might be "apocalypse" rather than "adventus." Sorry for any confusion I might have caused. Glenn, please consider asking Conchita for confirmation. Who knows, she might be comfortable telling us now. Thanks.
I don't need to ask Conchita as I have had this discussion WITH HER before ,and given you, and everyone else, an answer , DERIVED FROM THAT TALK, which now you apparently agree with ! Her & I are friends because I dont ask repetitive or stupid questions, this is both. The Warning is not the Second coming . END OF THE DISCUSSION HERE.
I have suggested the same solution myself. But "Aviso" doesn't make sense (as someone else pointed out to me) because Conchita has always, publicly, called the Warning, the "Aviso." The mystery word is a different word apparently. The mystery word is a word she has never used to describe the event. Glenn can clarify, I'm sure. Conchita said the following (http://simplicityhumilitytrust.org/2021/garabandal/conchita-on-the-warning.html): "The warning will be like a revelation of our sins, and it will be seen and experienced equally by believers and non-believers and people of any religion whatsoever. Each person on earth will have an interior experience of how they stand in the light of God's Justice. It is like a purification for the miracle. And it is like a catastrophe. It will make us think of the dead, that is, we would prefer to be dead than to experience the warning. The warning will be recognized and accepted by the world. "Jesus will send the warning to purify us so that we may better appreciate the miracle by which he clearly proves his love for us and hence his desire that we see the consequences of the sins we have committed. I think that those who do not despair will experience great good from it for their sanctification. So, Conchita even uses the word "revelation" to describe the Warning. Apocalypse is the Greek original for the word "revelation." She also mentions twice the idea of purification. I think it might have something to do with the Feast of the Purification Compare with Luke 2 (scene of the Purification): 25 And behold there was a man in Jerusalem named Simeon, and this man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel; and the Holy Ghost was in him. 26 And he had received an answer from the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Christ of the Lord. 27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple. And when his parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him according to the custom of the law, 28 He also took him into his arms, and blessed God, and said: 29 Now thou dost dismiss thy servant, O Lord, according to thy word in peace; 30 Because my eyes have seen thy salvation, 31 Which thou hast prepared before the face of all peoples: 32 A light to the revelation of the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel. 33 And his father and mother were wondering at those things which were spoken concerning him. 34 And Simeon blessed them, and said to Mary his mother: Behold this child is set for the fall, and for the resurrection of many in Israel, and for a sign which shall be contradicted; 35 And thy own soul a sword shall pierce, that, out of many hearts, thoughts may be revealed.
WHY ST. SEBASTIAN IS THE PATRON SAINT OF GARABANDAL Officially the feast day was to honor St. Sebastian, known for the way of spreading and defending the Faith, was martyred by being pierced with arrows, the patron saint of the village. For some time, the feast day had been moved from January 20, the actual feast day of the saint, to this date on July 18th, in order to allow better weather and opportunity for the arrival of relatives and guests. Interesting enough, on July 18, 1962 - at about 1 am, the Eucharist appears on Conchita’s tongue out of thin air, and is caught on film. ( As Mary had predicted 15 days in advance). Called “ The Little Miracle”.
The Warning is obviously not the second coming. After the Warning everyone gets a chance to repent for their sins. Hence the name "warning". With the second coming comes an immediate judgement for the whole world, it'll then be too late to repent. End of the discussion.
