I don't want to sound defeatist but Rick last posted a month ago and we know he would post if he could. I fear a Chaplet for his soul may be most suited at this point.
Thank you for bumping the thread. Rick may be too ill to read or post. Beth's Brother-in-Law has been seriously ill with covid for a very long time. I will continue praying for Rick's recovery in the hope that no news is good news. Sterph's parents too, especially her mother. Such a worry at any time, but so close to Christmas makes it especially hard for the families of those suffering from this horrible virus.
maybe rick's email will help provide his last name and, according to location, some social network profile of him

looked back at this thread and Rick wrote so he definitely is located in Louisiana. I’m not a computer sleuth but I believe looking at an IP adresss can narrow location? In any case, lots of prayers for Rick tonight and at Mass tomorrow
With a heavy heart I'm afraid Our good friend Rick has passed away on the 10th of December may he rest in peace.. I had a hunch that his user name may relate to his surname.. Most definitely Sam. The young ones seem to get three it ok…not as much with the older folk…but the therapies definitely help. I be praying. Hope you’ll are be recovered for Christmas.
Just read his obit…he is being buried today: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am Friday, December 17, 2021 at The Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Natchitoches. He has entered his journey into eternal life. God mercifully grant him a quick entry and allow Rick all of the joys of eternal life with you dear Jesus!
