If the virgin apeared to you and granted one question to be asked what would it be

 

The foremost thought which sprang to mind: What will be the outcome of the 2020 USA Presidential election?

 

I'd ask if my children will be saved...

 

What must I do to save my soul?

 

Have I done anything right and was it enough? And I would ask her to please ask God not to fault my children for my failings

 

I would ask if I have been making my confessions correctly, and if not to show me how.

 

What purpose is being served by my intense suffering over the tragic loss of the daughter God gave me in answer to my prayer for a child to raise

 

I'd ask for the Grace's necessary for Ireland to return to the Faith, to watch our people turn away from the dark path they're on.

 

Our Blessed Mother stood at the foot of the cross as her innocent son lay hanging and dying in agony.

The purpose was our salvation.

Without the cross all suffering is meaningless and in vain.

But there are no words of comfort in the cross.
