I can't agree with you as of right now. You have a splendid hope: regime change. But that would require the Iranian people to understand this as an attack on their leadership and regime, rather than on their country. Personally, I believe this international crisis affects many nations. For instance, this war highlights the reality of the West in serious decline. Europe is in disarray. China and Russia are in the ascendency. For instance, Russia has just formed deeper economic ties with Mexico, and China is looking to expand their international influence. If the USA attempts to see Russia's expansion as a violation of the Monroe Doctrine, I tremble as to where that will lead.

How all this relates to the inner chaos within the Bride of Christ herself, I'm unsure. I am beginning to take more seriously that we have entered into the prelude to the Book of Revelation and in one sense we should focus our prayers on the conversion of all Peoples to our Savior.

I wonder as to why this war and why now. All the pretexts we are given don't quite line up.

One thing which has always stood out for me is when Hillary Clinton started asking about the tomb of Gilgamesh. As well, when the invasion of Iraq started I guess one of the first things the US did was raid the museum in Bagdad for artifacts and documents. God also, after the flood told Noah to not consume blood, the life source of the creature. Which makes me wonder what was going on before the flood.

Now here we are with a bunch of people breaking all of God's commandments who also have a strong interest in pre-flood pagan artifacts. These very same people have a vested interest in building the third temple. Trying to force God's hand and are doing it against the clock.

I knew this text to be true, but it is clearly more true than I was aware. I feel like this world we live in is something else entirely. It's like they discovered a key to something dark and are about to unlock it.

 

A lot of what is happening at the moment reminds me of Covid. An air of unreality.... of huge events. As if we are living in some huge dream. As if the whole World is changing right before our very eyes.

 

Miracle?!

The 're-establishment' of a temple would be no miracle, merely the consequence of an American-assisted exercise in military power.

The Truth is that the temple miracles stopped when the Jews crucified Jesus Christ. The reason we know that is that their own Talmud tells us so. Historically, the priests used tapers during the temple sacrifices, which changed from red to white following the sacrifices. According to the Talmud, this had stopped for forty years before the sack of Jerusalem by the Romans. Given the incomplete accuracy of our dates from these times, it is reasonable for a Christian (which Hegseth, with his talk of Jewish 'miracles', certainly is not) to back-date that forty years to Good Friday.

I once 'googled' that Talmud reference and found it confirmed by various Jews. I opened into one result and read this Jew blaming the Christians of the time for the loss of effectiveness of the sacrifice, as usual projecting. The loss of this supernatural effect might explain the rabbinic turn to the other side in order to achieve preternatural effects. Perhaps, the rabbis feared losing their considerable power over their people if they didn't have something to show them that transcended/subscended nature.

If the Jews succeed in building this Third Temple, they are going to have to turn to technology to deceive people that they have changed the taper colours when they sacrifice their red heifer (because, obviously, their actual miracle has been superseded for all time), which fits neatly into the descriptions of the actions of Antichrist, who will deceive people into thinking he performs 'supernatural' acts.

 

I find myself it strongly resembles the fall of the communist regimes, from '89-'91. An end of an era.

 

It reminds me somewhat of 'Raiders of the Lost Ark', with the Epsteinists in the role of the Nazis. The film didn't end well for the latter...
