I talk to Mary like a friend a mother, like when a daughter runs into her arms and gives her a ton of flowers, and just wants to talk. I even talk to God like I would a friend but I only worship God. In the Bible someone talked to God like a friend. I talk to my guardian angel or angels, and the saints. I just don't want to say words I want them to come from the heart. Lately I've been talking to who could be my confirmation Saint. The Saint has many similarities. Eve when my mom's found out I was catholic and was talking to me why catholic Church isn't true but it is I said. A picture on my phone pops up on Facebook as I scroll down I see a post of padre pio saying something like "Keep your catholic faith." I want to be close to Jesus Mary angels and saints more, I have conversations with them, God answers my prayers in time. Who is your confirmation Saint and who do you ask which Saint to intercede for. As a actuellement Of self denial and humble I will not say who will be my confirmation Saint until it happens. I am thinking of giving a list of saints for you to guess, God bless!
I believe I chose St. Anne as my confirmation saint. and as for intercession, it depends on what it is for. Anything financial, employment related or for my hubby is always St. Joseph, St. Therese for most things, St. Gerard for pregnancies (my daughter is due in August, 2nd grandchild!), St. Dymphna for anxiety (lots of that in our family) and the list goes on. Of course I always ask the intercession of Jesus and Mary first with everything and end always with "Thy will be done."
