So I read apart of a private revelation with all the monarch and chastiesment that there will be a period perhaps after the three days of darkness things will be like the 1700s again. That women will give birth more and more common disises (cant spell) will be more common. The three days of darkness is to say to eliminate 3/4 of the worlds population that is about if I'm right
1,950,000,000 people left alive so about 1.9 billon people. By the way is the chastiesment the three days of darkness?

If electricity comes back on again I wonder how long it would take maybee 5 - 7 years I dont know.

    sponsa,

I believe it is best to say that 3DD is the climax of the Chastisement. Great difficulties such as persecution will precede it.

I lived among the Amish for about twelve years. They do not have electricity and get along fine . . .in fact, they live better except I do prefer indoor plumbing. :)

In Maryland, they use propane, I think, for cooking. They do not drive cars here. They have horse and buggy transportation. The thing about the Amish that helps them, is that their entire community works together to supply one another's needs. When we go for drives, we can tell an Amish farm because there are no power lines going to the house.

Honestly? I cannot imagine life without air-circulating fans at least.

Not only to keep air moving and provide a bit of cool, but also - at night - to drown out external noise/better sleep.

While reading about 18th Century Versailles years ago, it struck me that all of Versailles had not one electric light nor oscillating fan. Weird!

I venture we would all be having bouts of insomnia without electric.....no noise, absolute silence. We are not used to that here in NJ.....also, it's 93 degrees today and humid so air circulating fans wouldn't do much.

We had a cool down today. Only 102 but the dew point is 61 so.....still ridiculous. Come on October

DesertStar, I believe we are headed for a solar minimum, which means that it will be much colder, so perhaps we might not need air as much as heat.
