My prayers for you and your son. I'm in the same boat. My children have left the faith! It is demoralising. I cry with Our lady daily, but this gives me hope! I know that no matter what, Mary hears my prayer daily and somehow in some unknown and unexpected way she will touch my children. All I must do is be with her daily in prayer and suffering. I don't think you read a word I said. I said Fr Mark has repeatedly said he will NOT bless sinful partnerships. So what exactly is the "bad thing" that he is doing? Yes he's being kind about his interpretation of the document, more so than I would be, but he is in no way suggesting blessing sin and has said so repeatedly. So if you want to crucify hun because he didn't interpret it the same way you and others did, well you can explain that to God. I'm not going there.

Dear God has spoken, He is with us and we need to pray for the Holy Father. Jesus loves every soul good, bad and indifferent. He gave His life to Redeem us from the pit of hell. I posted the video below on another thread, but hope it will encourage us all to know, God is with us doing His best to wake our Holy Father up before it is too late for him. We have been following Fr. Mark on this forum for quite some time, and we have grown quite fond of him. His response to the document was a total departure from the Fr. Mark we know and love. No one here has denied that Father is a good and holy priest, no one here is attempting to crucify this man, so please do not paint us as people who want to harm a beloved priest. Our concerns for Father comes from a place of love, and we fully understand that it is for God alone to judge His shepherds. Father Mark said he would rather live as a hermit than to bless sin, but in the same breath asks us to make compromises and be tolerant of something that we know in our hearts is evil. This is a cause for grave concern, and I pray that the Holy Spirit will bless Father with the graces necessary to avoid spiritual harm. We can choose to interpret the document any way we wish, but God's Truth will prevail.

Well, one thing I learned through this is how important "detachment from the created while staying attached to the Uncreated" really is in dealing with what comes/will come down the pike, while still crying out with 100,000 voices.....God bless all of you ~
