Honestly, at this point, I would cut a good holy priest some slack. He likely knows what's what; hopefully he's working prudently, so he'll be there for you and everyone else when the "time" comes......The Bishops, on the other hand, that go along with this cr*p.........God help them....
Telling the truth always comes at a price. If this were not so everyone would tell the truth all the time There is always a good reason for doing a bad thing and a bad reason for doing a good one. I would say the great, the very great evil of our times us the silence of good people for what they feel like good reasons A good example of this us in Britain A report in the last few days showed there were 28000 excess deaths in the last six months mainly due to cardiac issues. Official sources describe the reason for this is, 'A mystery' By this stage many, many journalists , scientists, Doctors and others must know or at least strongly suspect that this is down to the jabs But they remain silent Why ? They know they might pay a high price fir telling the truth and so won't risk it It's the same deal within the Church
Well, the monks keep silence. Cardinal Sarah recommended it. “The Lord is in His holy temple. Let all the earth keep silence before Him” As St John Paul II said, nothing can be done to stop this, but it can be mitigated. And he held up his rosary beads to show us what we must do. Fr Ripperger says we get the Pope that we deserve. We can only change this through seeking our own sanctification. That’s my 2 cents. I expect a barrage of backlash. lol
Maybe think of it this way; it's best to tell the truth. Don't be right, but be true. Imagine that someone breezed through the forum one day, reading through the threads. He/she says to themselves "wow, what a bunch!" And they move on, even though the truth is being told here. Then, they find themselves at the "big moment", and they have a "final" choice to make. So, in that second, they remember some guy named Padraig who yelled out the Truth, including his love for Our Lady etc etc. So, in that brief flash he looks to that Love and grabs hold, and is saved. Maybe he heads straight to purgatory, but that's ok. Grace won the day!! Because the truth was told, and it stuck! His ways are higher than our ways. Saw this short sermon this morning. See what you think...
Our priests mostly remain silent which is so sad to me. Especially when you see things that are true acts of courage like the story recently of a member of Iowa state congress who had had enough with this awful stature and worship throne to satan set up in the state house. He went over and decapitated it and knocked it over. That is true courage. A true man of God. Can you even imagine what this world would be like if even 50% of the true men and women of God had the courage to stand up to the evils of the world. Now that is a prayer to pray for every day. May the silent find the strength and courage through you Lord to stand up against evil and say enough is enough. I have always tired of the news in my country always speak about the silent majority. How about we all become the outspoken majority!! We need to stop bowing down to evil and the mentally ill. Stop bowing down to everyone's feelings and stand for what we believe in. Cast away your fear and trust in the Lord and be bold and stand up for Him! https://www.hindustantimes.com/worl...c-statue-in-iowa-capitol-101702601935717.html
They silenced Fr Mark a couple of years back when he worked in Texas, ordering him to keep quiet from asking too many uncomfortable questions
He is saying there is no authority above the Pope in this life. Therefore no one can judge the Pope of being a formal heretic. There is authority above Fr Ripperger - bishop etc who can make judgements.
"They" are the ones in big trouble here....not Father Mark. "They" are being called out by the ones (the laity) Fulton Sheen so prophetically said would"save" the church. As HH said above, we're in "mitigation" mode now. That Synod may be led by some spirit, but there is no Grace there. As has been noted, such things are not relevant to those running "the show". Well to that I say a hearty good luck to them, whoever they may be. Godspeed to the young man who threw the pacha thingy in the river, and the man who tore down that hideous thing in Iowa. That's what I call "catholic action". Standing for the Truth and defending it to the end! And that my dear brother, is what you do here! Don't stop, but don't lose your peace in the process.
To be fair to Father Ripperger he is against modernism and acknowledges the crisis in the church and in the leadership of the Church. It is a traditional position that the Pope cannot be judged by anyone other than God. There is nothing individuals can do about it, nothing the bishops or cardinals can do about not even a council can deal with a Pope. He himself [i.e., the Pope] is judged by nobody, because there is no higher judge on earth than he. [Dr. Ludwig Ott, "The Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma," pages 285-286] What Fr Ripperger is saying is that we have to live with it, make reparation, and wait for the next Pope to sort things out including the errors of this pontificate.
You are a faithful son of Our Lady. She knows your heart, and your suffering. You are beholden to the Good Lord, and you defend His Bride to the best of your ability. Speak your peace, but keep peace in your heart. "And on earth, peace to men of goodwill"........and pray for those who are prudently trying to stay afloat, because we need them and they are between a rock and a hard place.
People have been saying this about Papa Frankie from the time it was clear he was way of the rails many years ago. I didn't but it then and I don't buy it now. Off the rails is off the rails. The Emperor is not wearing clothes
Jesus didn't appear to be peaceful when He took the whip to the money changers in the Tempke There are times when firing on all four cylinders is not a bad thing. Papa Frankie being one such.
Being honest and staight with ourselves about the abomination that has seated itself on the Throne of Peter might be a start
