I need lots of prayers and I know y'all are the best to ask! We found a 10 acre lot we really like but we're struggling because lots of things are so complicated and we don't know for sure what we should offer and what the ending payment would be for everything with house built and well drilled, etc. We need some clarity and for things to work well and come together or for any kind of clear direction from God. My husband is so stressed!

PF can you have someone who knows this stuff look into it for you to make sure it is build able land--water and sewer capabilities. Grading for septic etc. I don't know a whole lot about building but my son told me land prep is really important. Checking for water and proper septic soil. Grading and putting in a road. If you could get someone who knows this stuff to help you that would be great. I will ask St Joseph.

Yes we will head out there soon with some contractors provided by the company that will build our modular home and I think we'll be going over those things!

So many of the hiccups we were having worked out almost immediately... my mom texted me out of the blue asking how our land search was going, and she gave me so much encouragement and advice...and we put our offer on the land this morning! Now it's in God's hands!

Well the seller countered our offer and we accepted today! So I guess as long as nothing crazy happens, it'll be ours! It's in Van Zandt county.
