The US have now deployed the biggest task-force to the Middle East since 2003. Still, it's difficult to see how they can improve on their last attack. The last time, they had complete aerial superiority over Iran. That can't be improved on. Iran had about 2,500 ballistic missiles before the last war and fired about 500-600, so it has the potential to still do even more damage to Israel, even if it can't do much to defend itself. Iran is rumoured to have switched from GPS to a Chinese missile guidance system, so Israel/US can't interfere with it as easily. Israel, we know, has limited missile defences, perhaps enough for 10-14 days. Even if (and it's far from a certainty) the US eventually forces Iran to a surrender, it could well be a disastrously pyrrhic one. Israel could end in worse shape than Iran, with its rebuilding having to take precedence over casinos in Gaza. The US might lose a carrier. There could be severe damage to US bases in the Middle East. Worst of all, there might be multiple US body bags-the United States public has no problem killing civilians abroad, but cannot take losing its own people. In strategic terms, the Ukraine is going to be effectively abandoned...inevitably, very much of the US reserves of defensive missiles is going to be used up, protecting its fleet, its bases and, of course, Israel. No matter how much crying Zelensky and the Europeans do for more missiles, the US cannot provide what it doesn't have. Meanwhile, Russia slowly, but surely, advances on Odessa. There might never be a more opportune time for China to make a move toward Taiwan. We could be about to see an example of a fatal imperial over-reach.
The Australians will eventually fall into the Chinese sphere of influence, which will bring order, if little else. Frankly, as evil as is Chinese Communism, I think it's less so than the Liberal/Zionist poison that has taken over the West. The Chinese oppress Catholics severely, but it's of the kind that inspires secret conversions-is it as harmful to the Faithful as the demoralisation seeping from the homo-Church now controlling the Vatican?
We survived the weekend Trump doesn’t attack during the week because of the stock market , and every week something new can always pop up to stop him. It seems their risk is too high and they might get stuck. In my opinion, the goal was to deal with Russia by now(2025) and then move on to the others( Iran, China, Venezuela). But now the big problem is that Russia hasn’t fallen; if they turn to Iran, then you have two strong fronts. The US managed to overthrow Assad and bring Al-Qaeda there; now ISIL fighters are being transported to Iraq—about 15,000 of them—and they will probably be financed for a war in Iran. They managed to overthrow Venezuela, they are planning Cuba, and obviously since the end of 2024 they have started taking down small vassals… China and Russia rely heavily on these smaller allies—the fewer they have, the more isolated they are However, Russia is the problem; as you say, it is making gradual progress westward, and with better time/weather, this will accelerate. When there is a shortage of manpower in Ukraine, or if Russia reaches a breaking point and is confident, the entire line will collapse. A day or two ago, Zaluzhny—the most popular general—was removed by Zelensky, who sent him to the embassy in Britain, saying that the previous offensive in 2022 failed because of Zelensky. He wouldn’t have said that before… If the Russians win the war, the east will be annexed, and western Ukraine will be bankrupt and will likely become a Russian satellite, serving as a buffer zone toward Poland… From east to west Ukraine, the distance is greater than from western Ukraine to Rome or Berlin, so I can see why some prophecies, if reliable could talk about a rapid advance to Rome. Ukraine was the obstacle, and the Americans (the elite) interfered there, and now it could backfire. Right now, their goal is to overthrow Orbán in Hungary, because the Hungarians are causing them major problems in the EU. I would say he is the only healthy right-wing government in the West that is truly Christian, cares for its people, and fights against globalists. Zelensky particularly hates them and will do everything to bring him down through intelligence agencies… If the Russians reach western Ukraine, and then Hungary goes, practically the West in the heart of Europe would have a Russian sphere of influence. Below that is Serbia and the former USSR republics, where they also have many allies. NATO and the EU as a whole are under severe strain. I think this is a race against time. They can’t stop the Russians in Ukraine, but they can deal with all the vassals—Syria and Venezuela have already fallen… Cuba is there, but Iran is far more important, not only because of oil prices, which they would push down to bankrupt the Russians, but also because Iran supplies Russia with a large number of drones… They have also pressured India not to buy Russian oil; efforts are underway to cut the Russians off. Trump has to do this and probably will by the summer… The faster the Russians advance, the more urgent the reaction could be—but also more sloppy in execution. Every day, deploying American troops near Iran costs 30 million dollars per day. Now, to quote exactly: According to the Costs of War project at Brown University, the United States has spent nearly $34 billion since October 7, 2023, on conflicts involving Iran’s so-called “3-H proxies” — Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis. The US has allocated $22 billion to support Israel and directed an additional $12 billion to other allies and to its own military actions. Notably, this total is almost six times the typical annual US spending on military aid to Middle Eastern allies. America’s current military deployment against Iran is costing it approximately $30 million per day, based on comparable estimates from the US military campaign against Venezuela.
Thanks be to God, we did survive. Is Trump bluffing? Are we at the point where costs do not matter? The US debt is beyond being repayable. What's another trillion or two? Given that the Jews have most of the banks, and on the basis of 'owe the bank 10 grand, you worry; owe them a million, they worry', what stands to happen to the wealth of international Jewry if the US financial system finally implodes? What will happen to Israel in such an event? Another point: will Shia-majority Iraq tolerate a Sunni terrorist group attacking Shia Iran from Iraqi soil?
I wouldn’t say he’s bluffing — I think the risk is very high. If he goes after Iran, he would have to finish it within a day or two, an operation similar to the one in Venezuela. Anything else would disrupt the stock market, oil prices, and an economy that is already on fragile footing. Inflation has already burdened citizens; life is expensive everywhere, and any war would be catastrophic. On top of that, their front in Ukraine would likely collapse. However, Iran is large, with a vast network of tunnels, and the Iranians have now seen U.S. tactics. Last year’s conflict taught them that satellites and drones are their biggest enemy. In Venezuela, the Americans reportedly bribed generals and military personnel to betray Maduro. In Iran, however, over the past year and during the protests, a large number of alleged spies were dealt with, so their on-the-ground sources are far more limited. Russia and China are probably providing Iran with satellite imagery. Meanwhile, statements by the U.S. ambassador to Israel in an interview with Tucker Carlson — saying that Israel has the right to create a “Greater Israel” — did not sit well with Saudi Arabia, Jordan, or Turkey. They even managed to bring Shiites (Iranians, Houthis, etc.) closer to Sunnis (most other Arab groups), even though they usually oppose each other. As for Iraq, I don’t know if you saw that Trump threatened that if Maliki is elected prime minister for a third time, the U.S. would impose sanctions on Iraq’s central bank. https://www.zerohedge.com/geopoliti...pling-sanctions-if-maliki-elected-3rd-term-pm Since all oil is sold in dollars, this gives the U.S. serious control over Iraq’s economy and allows them to take a significant share of the profits. In other words, Iraq does not have fully free elections, but rather has a pawn imposed on it. Iraqis understand they could be sacrificed in a war, and since the 2003 war they have effectively been under American-Israeli occupation. I think the banking system has been manipulated to the extreme. They create money out of thin air, and then use that money to buy real assets — real estate, land, politicians, foreign governments — and to finance an ideology aimed at the destruction of the West, creating a kind of communism where all value is taken from you. First, when the Fed was created, and then when gold was removed from the system, they carried out two major revolutions. Now, in practice, megacorporations and megafunds — whose owners, like the banks, effectively run the West — operate without needing real backing. When things reach a breaking point, they will probably carry out some kind of reset based on cryptocurrency as the foundational currency. If you look at it, they choose a politician, provide a campaign and fund them through the media, while smearing all opposition. Once they bring that person to power, they use intelligence services and the military to create an enemy — first in the media, then by militarily occupying that country through limited operations with lower costs. They create several factions that constantly fight each other, preventing a united nation that would be harder to control. They extract reserves, gold, natural resources like oil and gas, and there’s also the sale of weapons, drugs, and so on. They function like a parasite, and their demands keep growing. Piracy, kidnapping foreign presidents, and seizing resources have now become normalized. In my opinion, they may succeed in creating such a West — even what some call a “Greater Israel” — but it won’t last long. America will function only as long as it can be used for those ambitions. Once it becomes useless as a power, and once those goals are achieved, it will probably be brought to its knees in a similar way — through internal conflicts and social unrest.
I don’t know whether it’s because of the availability of the media and the internet, but I don’t remember there ever being this level of corruption, nepotism, and obsession with material gain. People used to be more modest. Looking at my own surroundings, there are many EU-funded projects where certain “players” win all the tenders. Then the money gets divided between politicians and those who win the bids. Funds are siphoned off from everything — building renovations, roads, and so on. For example, MRI and CT scans here are now available in many hospitals through private clinics. That private clinic doesn’t pay the hospital any rent, the state health insurance pays the private owners for those radiological examinations, and even co-finances the purchase of the equipment, while hospitals don’t have their own machines. Doctors are then bribed to refer patients there. The owner of that wealthy medical clinic is a former mechanic who is close to the Minister of Health — and it’s practically like that everywhere. It has come to the point where you can’t run even a normal business without paying bribes; otherwise, they destroy you with inspections and regulations — and they can always find something wrong. In communism, at least the majority were poor or middle class… even party members had at least some kind of moral code. Here, the arrival of money and capital has terribly corrupted people or at least further crystallized the corruption that was already there.
If that happens, Israel will be 'toast'. And Netanyahu will have performed a near-miracle, uniting the two great divisions of Islam.
There is something which I feel like needs to happen spiritually before this happens. It's like a slow gradual removal of the restrainer is currently happening. Perhaps this is what the SoS is aiming for. Perhaps the death of a significant world leader.
A grim analysis. The perspectives you share are or would be an outward sign of moral decay. Let us be sure we are sincerely living our Lenten fast: Repent and believe the Gospel!
Pope Benedict, who suffered silently, in my opinion, was the Restrainer. I believe that He was connected to Our Dear Lord, through his silent suffering. He would not have survived without God's intervention. Who knows the abuses he went through. All heck broke loose as soon as he left us. . But the warning and Miracle will help us. We may face death or find a safe community, led by the Angels. ,
I wonder if the empire referred to that was once gone and has come back is Babylon. Which in modern day terms would be Israel. A crypto nation which has conquered the US.
Medjugorje message today.... Dear children, In this time of grace, anew, I am calling you to offer your lives to God that He may lead you towards the resurrection through your personal conversion. Little children, God is near to you and heeds your prayers, but you are lulled to sleep, and that is why He sent me to you to awaken you, and that you may shine holiness like a spring flower. Thank you for having responded to my call.
