My stepson lives in Texas and has a permit to carry a weapon. This is a widespread practice in Texas. I am stepping out right now and saying that I see nothing wrong with it.

well I suppose what I was asking is a starter book or introduction book for the beginner. I am overwhelmed by the one I have.

  3. You might want to get Frank Rega's books which summarize the depth of the meaning of this "New" holiness for these times. He has all the background from reading the available writings and gives the essence, still somewhat foreign to the mind that has only been formed by the limitations of earthly expectations alone.

Here is where you can find them:

This one is his latest on the Divine Will subject speaking more to the inner life of Jesus in the Divine Will (we think in terms of the outward sufferings of the passion not understanding the eternal inner life that accompanied those)....I finished it about a year ago....amazing enlightenments to reset one's state of mind:

  9. https://www.jpost.com/HEALTH-SCIENC...-particle-radiation-therapy-for-cancer-612236
    this is from the article
Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the United States. Around the globe, cancer incidence has been steadily increasing over the past half-century. This is due to longer life spans, lifestyles that promote carcinogenesis (e.g., smoking and high-fat diets), and negative environmental influences such as pollution and electromagnetic radiation. Today, there are many available cancer treatment options, with varying levels of effectiveness and safety. However, when the tumor is inoperable or there are multiple tumors, good treatment options are limited, and the medical community has long sought a cancer therapy that is highly potent (can effectively treat aggressive tumors) while sparing healthy tissue.Alpha Tau’s Alpha DaRT (Diffusing Alpha-emitters Radiation Treatment) is the first technology to provide a highly localized and effective treatment of solid tumors using alpha radiation. Alpha particles are known for their high capacity to destroy cancer cells, inducing irreparable double-strand breaks in cellular DNA. However, alpha particles have an extremely short path length in tissue, which means they cannot reach across the entire volume of a tumor and therefore, until recently, could not be used as treatment for solid tumors. THE ALPHA DaRT technology, enables the spread of alpha particles across entire tumors by utilizing the radioactive decay of an isotope called radium-224. The treatment is delivered by inserting into the tumor Alpha DaRT seeds which contain radium-224 atoms embedded into their surface. In the process of decay, radium-224 releases its alpha-emitting daughter atoms. These atoms diffuse to a range of several millimeters, delivering a high dose of alpha radiation along the way. The advantage of the alpha radiation characterizing Alpha DaRT is its extremely high “cancer-killing potential” combined with its short range of side-effects. These unique characteristics limit collateral damage to the surrounding healthy tissue while effectively destroying the tumor. Other radiation therapies that utilize beta, X-ray, and gamma radiation have longer path lengths that cause more collateral damage to tissue, and need to be dosed at higher levels to achieve the same local “cancer-killing-effect.”The Alpha DaRT technology was invented by two professors from Tel Aviv University: physics Prof. Itzhak Kelson, and immunology Prof. Yona Keisari. CEO Uzi Sofer founded Alpha Tau in 2016 with the goal of making this very promising technology available to millions of patients worldwide. In a recent study, Alpha DaRT was shown to be effective in humans for aggressive local, radiation-resistant and recurrent tumors of the skin and head & neck. It also demonstrated a very high level of safety for patients, causing no systemic toxicity, and only short-term mild, local toxicity. The treatment led to tumor shrinkage in 100% of cases, and produced a complete response – total tumor destruction – in over 78% of cases! This sounds almost too good to be true.

This is all the science we need to convince anyone that the CO2 climate change false prophet is a complete hoax and to help counter the lies.

Yet, it seems to me 'climate change' is true, yet a double edge sword. Mankind does invoke climate change, as he sins. Noah's time 4000 years ago should have taught us this. The perfect climate was the era before Adam and Eve sinned. Bad weather is caused by sin. Today's climate change and natural disasters too are the result of sin. Oddly enough, the globalists and earth huggers will win the day by declaring man, through carbon emissions is the cause. It is already obvious weather patterns are unhinged and it will get much-much worse. Because mankind is dead through sin, they will continue to use the lie of man-made climate change. Not man-made via sin against its creator, but man-made through the creature. It all seems like a win-win for the devil, as only a few in God's grace will understand the horrible natural disasters pending are the result of sin against its creator. The Antichrist and his minions of puppets will easily convince a godless world that we owe reparations to mother earth.......thus more prayer to Pachamama and other gods of mother earth. Its has already been demonstrated by our own pope and hierarchy who have sold out to the globalists. God and mother earth worship are one and this grave heresy will ride the wave right into the reign of the Antichrist, because man has turned from the true God and serve God's creation now. This truth is so apparent, but because man has already sold its soul for the lies of the world, he cannot see what is so obvious to those remnant with the true faith. As more volcanoes erupt, more hurricane's and floods, draught's and earthquakes ravish earth, the globalist agenda and support gains the upper hand and ultimate control of how we will be able to live. Those dead to grace will have no problem believing manmade CO2 is the cause of all our 'sins' of the world. We are seeing it played out in real time, don't doubt it.

Interesting how the hottest point in the last century was 1936 and the second 1998, the former just before WW2 and latter just before 9/11. No doubt sin and distance from God has a major affect on the peace of our planet. Not sure I can open a debate with an Atheist using that, I wish I could, but I think I need to soften them with some science first.

I think the largest "Signs of the Times' is the clergy abuse. When we have been warned that Christians will be martyred, I feel the good people of the Roman Catholic Church are being martyred by the clergy. We are being forced to pay huge sums of money in settlements, losing parishes. losing credibility as Christians. I think this is the great martyrdom. Everyday I read about more clergy abuse not only with sex but with money. Money given in charity to be used for good causes and not for palaces and lavish vacations. How sad it has come to this! Not only do I see it in the hierarchy but in smaller parishes. And the power of the clergy . . .Satan has indeed infiltrated. We must pray more. people are leaving the church in droves.

There was a beautiful miracle in Australia a day or two ago. I don't know if you noticed it. A huge bush fire was roaring on a strong Westerly wind and four thousand people were at the sea prepared to jump in. They all looked set to be burnt alive when a group of Christians began to pray together for help. 20 minutes later just when the fire was set to strike the wind suddenly changed, blew to the East and they were all saved.

  18. An expert's opinion:

Temptation is more dangerous to the soul than demonic possession, exorcist says

Possession is not the "most common" or "dangerous" aspect of the demonic realm but temptation is, according to an exorcist ordained and trained by the Catholic Church.

When many consider demonic possession, images come to mind from films such as "The Exorcist" and other examples from popular culture. Yet, the greater way the devil works is through temptation to commit evil, said Father Francois Dermine, a priest who has been an exorcist for more than 25 years, in a recent interview with Catholic News Agency.

“The most common manifestation of the demonic is temptation, which is much more significant than possession,” Dermine said.

“We must not undervalue the significance of temptation. It’s not as spectacular as possession, but it’s far more dangerous [to the soul],” he added.

The Dominican priest cautioned against thinking that every physical ailment is rooted in demonic oppression since most cases can be attributed to natural causes.

“When a person comes and asks for a blessing for a specific problem, the first thing an exorcist must ask is, did you see the doctor?” the priest said.

Dermine is a French Canadian and presently serves in the Italian archdiocese of Ancona-Osimo. He believes that it's a mistake to confuse preternatural phenomena like demonic activity with supernatural charisms, which come from God.

“It’s a very important difference,” he said. “We have a human nature and cannot know things without learning through our senses.”

“God created us to operate in a certain way. If you have extra-sensorial perceptions, and things like this, and they are not meant to help or to provoke a spiritual result, then they cannot come from God.”

The ministry of deliverance from demonic spirits is not specifically listed as one of the spiritual graces in the New Testament in the same way that gifts of healing, discernment of spirits, tongues, and the interpretation of those tongues are, in passages like 1 Corinthians 12 and 14.

Jesus' earthly ministry consisted of driving out unclean spirits on several occasions and at times His disciples were known to do so as well. In the Gospel of Mark 9, Jesus ministered to a boy who would be seized by a demonic spirit and thrown to the ground. When the disciples could not cast the spirit out, He told them: "This kind can come out only by prayer."

In Acts 5, it is recorded that the apostles healed many who were sick and tormented by demons.

Some evangelicals stress the importance of distinguishing between possession and oppression, arguing that it's impossible for a sincere believer in Jesus Christ to be possessed by a demonic spirit because possession implies ownership.

"While believers will engage in spiritual warfare and will be oppressed, they cannot be possessed by the demonic forces," the position papers on spiritual warfare for the Assemblies of God denomination note.

"Great care must be taken not to confuse emotional and mental illnesses with demonic activity. While the demonic activity may mimic the behavior exhibited in mental illness, to assert that they are the same can bring harm to individuals, preventing them from receiving the medical care needed. The wise counsel of godly doctors, counselors, and psychologists can be of assistance in discerning the actual condition. The powerful and all-wise Holy Spirit provides discernment and wisdom to those who minister to humans facing this severe challenge," it reads.

Earlier this year, the Roman Catholic Church opened up its exorcism courses to all major Christian denominations amid increased demand for deliverance ministers.

“Expelling the devil goes back to the earliest origins of the Christian Church,” said Father Pedro Barrajon, one of the organizers of the 14th edition of the “Course on Exorcism and Prayer of Liberation,” in an interview with The Telegraph back in May.

“The Catholic rite is very structured, whereas some of the other churches are more creative, they don't use a precise format.”

  19. Abortion Was the Leading Cause of Death Worldwide in 2019, Killing 42 Million People

More human beings died in abortions than any other cause of death in 2019, a new report indicates.

A heartbreaking reminder about the prevalence of abortion, statistics compiled by Worldometers indicate that there were over 42.3 million abortions world-wide in 2019. The independent site collects data from governments and other reputable organizations and then reports the data, along with estimates and projections, based on those numbers.

When contrasting the abortion numbers to other causes of death, including cancer, HIV/AIDS, traffic accidents and suicide, abortions far outnumbered every other cause.

By contrast, 8.2 million people died from cancer in 2019, 5 million from smoking, 13 million from disease, and 1.7 million died of HIV/AIDS. Deaths by malaria and alcohol are also recorded.

Worldometers estimates about 58.6 million deaths world-wide in 2019, but that number does not include unborn babies’ abortion deaths. Unborn babies are not recognized as human beings even though biology indicates that they are unique, living human beings from the moment of conception and they die brutal, violent deaths in abortions.

The abortion number is incomprehensible, but each of those 42 million abortions represents a living human being whose life was violently destroyed in their mother’s womb. Each unborn baby already had their own unique DNA, making them distinct from their mother. That DNA indicated if the child was a boy or girl, their eye and hair color, their height, possible genetic disorders and other disabilities, and much more. In most cases, the unborn babies’ hearts are beating when they are aborted, too.

In America, just under 1 million babies are aborted every year. Though abortion rates have been dropping in the past decade, abortion remains the leading cause of death in the United States as well.

An estimated 61 million unborn babies have been killed in abortions in the U.S. since Roe v. Wade in 1973. In January, pro-life advocates will gather for the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. to remember the anniversary of that infamous decision and call for restored protections for the unborn.
