I mean, I very dearly respect and I am grateful for Father Altman but it seems a bit on the strong side to say this:

Yes, I read an article and watched some of a video interview with the good Priest from Rockford, Illinois. Father Lovell:

See for yourself, he says be respectful and so on but do not be silent (16 minutes).

So, there are a few of these Priests having to deal with matters.

What a tragedy, hockey goalkeeper, he seems to originally be from Latvia:

Blue Jackets' Matiss Kivlenieks, 24, dead after tragic Fourth of July accident | Fox News

Columbus Blue Jackets goaltender Matiss Kivlenieks died on Sunday following a Fourth of July accident in Novi, Michigan, according to local police.

Lt. Jason Meier of the Novi Police Department said Kivlenieks was in a hot tub when a mortar-style firework tilted slightly and started to go off toward people nearby. Kivlenieks and several other people attempted to run away, but the 24-year-old slipped and fell, and suffered a head injury.
Then, this story is different from the Father Stan Swamy story in the "In Memoriam" area, this seems to be about an Evangelical Protestant Pastor:

India pastor killed; wife says he is a ‘martyr for his faith' | World News | The Christian Post

Indian pastor bludgeoned to death with wooden beam; wife says husband is ‘Martyr for his faith’
By Anugrah Kumar, Christian Post Contributor

A pastor and father of an 11-year-old girl was reportedly ambushed and killed with a wooden beam in the northern Indian state of Haryana. His wife believes the suspect, with whom the Christian minister shared the Gospel, attacked her husband because of his faith.

Sources told Morning Star News that the suspect was identified as a Hindu man named Sonu Kashyap from Sangoi village in Haryana state’s Karnal district. Kashyap is accused of attacking Pastor Vinod Kumar with a wooden roof truss in the late evening last Wednesday.

Earlier that evening, the suspect’s brother had called the pastor to ask him to pray for a sick villager. The pastor's wife, Sunita Kumar, claimed her husband was attacked as he was leaving the villager's home.

I've been thinking of this overnight, and I have to agree with this article by Michael Brendan Dougherty, that calls for the abolition of national bishop's conferences, especially the American USCCB (United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.) None of the statements they have ever issued have been bold declarations of truth, but seem to be drifting towards the Church of Nice. To quote from the essay:

And at this point, we should wonder whether in fact there is something wicked at work in the very idea of a national conference of bishops. The very idea harkens back to the revolt of the English Church. Once bishops obtained a national consciousness in England, they chose the sovereign of England as the head of their Church.

And that is what all national conferences of Catholic bishops seem to do — meet with each other and slowly debate whether to go Anglican. It’s almost as if there is some spiritual principle at work in this. The German bishops gather together, and they stop representing the authority of the Church to Germany and instead seek to convert the Church to whatever it is they think might fit and appease the German public. The same is true in America. My own view is that long before the pope takes up the case of President Joe Biden, he should ask all national conferences of bishops to simply disband.

China's putting the moves on Afghanistan
    By Andrea Widburg
Yesterday, I wrote about the way China has the Balkan country of Montenegro so deeply in its debt that it will soon own part of that country. Today, I'm writing about the fact that, with America pulling out of Afghanistan, China is putting the moves on Afghanistan, too. China is effectively creating an empire, not with its military, but by creating debt relationships with poor countries across the world.

Gates Foundation Shells Out $1.4 Billion For ‘Family Planning’ | The Daily Wire

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation committed $2.1 billion to gender equity initiatives — including $1.4 billion for “family planning.”

The nonprofit will also devote $650 million to female economic empowerment and $230 million to women’s leadership programs. The news comes two months after Bill and Melinda Gates filed for divorce and days after trustee Warren Buffett stepped down from the Gates Foundation.
Daily Wire, Ben Shapiro's publication moved out to Nashville from California.

More on the above: Gates Foundation Will Spend $1.4 Billion Pushing Population Control Worldwide (lifenews.com)

According to Newsbusters, the Gates Foundation gave at least $81 million to Planned Parenthood from about 2009 to 2018, according to financial records from the foundation’s website. Additionally, it gave $46.1 million to the British-based abortion chain Marie Stopes International in 2012. These two groups alone abort millions of unborn babies every year across the world.

An investigation by Live Action News found the Gates Foundation also donated nearly $68 million to DKT International, which sends abortion drugs and devices across the world. DKT International is an nonprofit, non-governmental organization (NGO) that brags of being “one of the world’s largest providers of family planning.” According to its annual reports, it sent 3.5 million abortion drug “kits” across the world in 2018 and 4.2 million in 2019.
It's evil and it seems to me, we inadvertently support this in using our computer, most driven by microsoft.

Not to knock Steve Jobs, I believe he is deceased but I've heard people say folks like Bill Gates basically stole a lot of tis computer stuff:
