My sister-in-law is from Mariopul, and identifies as Russian-Ukrainian. Her grandmother lived across the old Ukr/Russia border. I can vouch from her that it is exactly as you say. There has been a great deal amount of violence against large Russian Ukrainian population within the Donetsk region. She's a Canadian now, but proclaims her allegiance to the Soviet Union. She argues with folks online alot, (and gets her accounts suspended) especially those who don't want to hear the truth, "from my own house!!," as she puts it, in a strong accent. It is a very complex situation, tragic, and full of political intrigue, with a huge number of countries having played shameful roles in the current world-threatening debacle. On a different note, but not unrelated: Pray for us in Canada, as Bill C-11 is in final committee, having been approved twice by the Senate Chambers of the Federal House of Commons. This Bill makes the Government capable of deciding and manipulating algorithms against what is "deemed"( by the new Ministry recently instituted) as hate speech and misinformation, via control of the internet and other media. Our TV and radio has already long been captured. Canadians may not have much of a view or a voice online soon. Trudeau continues to skip along on his merry path to the fulfillment of WEF goals that he signed--on our behalf, not weeks into the beginning of his first term as Prime Minister. There appears to be a myth around this forum that all politicians, the world over, are equally evil and that Putin is no worse (and because of his apparent adherence to Orthodoxy) in fact somewhat better than western politicians. I have said this before but will say it again. If you walk around with a sign, in the west, saying that the head of government is a monster, whose policies are a recipe for disaster and then walk around Times Square, Trafalgar Square, O'Connell Street, The Champs Elysee, The Brandenburg Gate, etc. etc. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. If you hold a sign saying 'Putin is mad, end the war now' near the Kremlin, you will be liable for 10 years inside one of the 'developed world's' most horrific prison systems. Because there are laws governing freedom of expression that have to be more or less observed in the west because there are legal oppositions, relatively independent judiciaries (note the reversal of Roe v Wade) and a free press (the fact that most outlets decide to use that freedom for partisan purposes is deeply unfortunate but does not prevent a minority of outlets providing a different perspective and this occurs in all countries in the west. In Russia it does not, all opposition media has been crushed and only one view is permitted.) A case in point, Paul Pelosi, husband of Nancy had been the subject of an alleged attack in their home. It is asserted in almost all the mainstream press that the attacker was a MAGA nutcase and his true target was Nancy herself though she was not at home (this is confirmed by Biden's comments on the matter). If a prominent politician's husband in Russia was the subject then that would be the end of the matter. However, in the US, it has been pointed out, in various places, that the alleged attacker's property has a fence in the LBGT etc. rainbow colours, that there is a BLM sign in the window with a sign saying 'no hate' and that he is a well-known 'radical nudist' activist and regularly attends nude rallies and was the nude best man at a wedding where the nude participants took photos in public outside the venue in the middle of a busy street. It is suspected by some that this was a financial transaction that ended in a dispute and was subsequently used for political purposes as a burglary/attack by a Trump supporter. No-one who has given details that contradict the MSM narrative will fear arrest, in Russia they would probably already be in custody/have fallen from a high window/have suffered a gunshot wound or have totally and permanently 'disappeared'. Maybe our democracies are grossly deficient but we should be grateful for what we have (little though it may be) compared to Russia, China and many other countries.

I think it takes time for most people to wake up until they finally see the proof. Its hard to accuse the doctors and people who resisted of being conspiracy nuts when all they warned about is coming to pass.

The tenth commandment reads in part: “Thou shall not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shall not covet thy neighbor’s wife …, nor anything that is thy neighbor's.” Here, the individual’s right to ownership is clearly spelled out; another person is not to infringe upon that right!
