Interesting about the hidden people who want Dutchsince silenced. I’ve just finished reading a thriller by Scott Mariani which deals with very bad people acting in a similar context. I totally recommend it (warning there is some swearing in the Lord’s name). I don’t want to throw in spoilers but I was surprised how a good tale suddenly became very serious about one of the favourite obsessions of the woke. A mainstream belief pedalled by people who know it is nonsense. The Cassandra Sanction.
Signs of demoncratic idiocy Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee (D): The moon is "made up mostly of gases" so we can soon live inside it, unlike the sun which is "almost" too hot to go near. 11:37 AM · Apr 9, 2024
From Bloomberg. There are also reports in the past hour that Iran has closed airspace around Tehran. US Sees Missile Strike on Israel By Iran, Proxies as Imminent Iran, proxies may strike Israeli military, government sites Attack would mark major widening of conflict in Middle East The US and its allies believe major missile or drone strikes by Iran or its proxies against military and government targets in Israel are imminent, in what would mark a significant widening of the six-month-old conflict, according to people familiar with the intelligence. The potential assault, possibly using high-precision missiles, may happen in the coming days, the people said, requesting anonymity to discuss confidential matters. It is seen as more a matter of when, not if, one of the people said, based on assessments from US and Israeli intelligence. Brent crude, the global benchmark, spiked more than 1% to trade above $90 a barrel following the news. Oil is up 16% this year, buoyed by war risk premium since the conflict in the Middle East began. Iran has threatened to hit Israel in retaliation for an attack on a diplomatic compound in the Syrian capital of Damascus last week that killed senior Iranian military officials. Israel has not explicitly acknowledged it was behind that attack, though it has traditionally followed a policy of ambiguity on operations in Syria, Lebanon and elsewhere. Israel’s Western allies have been told Israeli government and military facilities may be targeted but civilian facilities are not expected to be, they said. US officials are helping Israel on planning and sharing intelligence assessments, the people said. Israel has told allies it is waiting for this attack to take place before launching another ground offensive against Hamas in Rafah in Gaza, though it’s not clear how soon that operation may begin. US and Western intelligence indicates an attack from Iran and its proxies may not necessarily come from Israel’s north, where Tehran’s ally Hezbollah in Lebanon is located, the people said. Israeli officials are in agreement with the allied view. They’ve also publicly threatened Iran that if it hits Israeli soil, Israel will hit Iranian soil. Earlier on Wednesday Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei repeated a vow to retaliate against Israel for the Damascus strike, which he said was tantamount to an attack on Iranian territory. Foreign diplomatic missions already are preparing for the potential strikes, making contingency plans for evacuation amid requests from Israeli authorities about emergency supplies like generators and satellite phones, one of the people said, noting that they were not aware of any western missions planning immediate evacuation. While the US has pushed Israel for a cease-fire in Gaza, the Biden administration has also signaled it’s prepared to back the country in the event of an attack by Iran or its proxies. “We also want to address the Iranian threat to launch a significant - they’re threatening to launch a significant attack in Israel,” President Joe Biden said Wednesday. “As I told Prime Minister Netanyahu, our commitment to Israel security against these threats from Iran and its proxies is iron clad. Let me say it again, iron clad - all we can to protect Israel’s security.” It’s not yet clear whether a potential attack by Iran and its proxies would turn the conflict into a broader, more prolonged war or remain contained, one of the people said. A direct Iranian strike on an Israeli city would be a first and intensify hostilities in a major way. Last week, Israel scrambled navigational signals over the Tel Aviv metropolitan area in preparation for a potential attack. Israeli embassies have also been considered targets for potential attacks in the wake of the strike on Damascus last week, with several missions around the world shuttered. Iran’s main proxy group is Hezbollah, which is based in southern Lebanon and has been trading fire with Israeli forces almost daily since the war in Gaza erupted in October. Since the start of the war, tens of thousands of people have been evacuated from northern Israel and southern Lebanon. — With assistance from Golnar Motevalli
And then there is this: The Commander of U.S. Central Command, General Michael Kurilla is set to arrive in Israel tomorrow alongside Defense Minister Gallant as well as other Israeli Military and Defense Officials to assist in Coordinating the Defense of the Country against a possible “Unprecedented Direct Attack” against Israel from Iranian Territory using Ballistic Missiles, Drones and Cruise Missiles; if such a Scenario were to occur, Israeli Officials have already stated that they will Respond with a Direct Attack against Iran which will likely also require Coordination with General Kurilla. The methodology which he uses has proven more accurate than that of mainstream geologists; therefore, they perceive him as a threat to their credibility and to their understanding of geophysics. One word answer: jealousy.
Continued war drums, from Rubio's Twitter/X account this morning: U.S. Republican Senator Marco Rubio, who is a Member of the Gang of Eight and the Senate Intelligence Committee, has made a Post stating that Iran wants to launch a Large-Scale Attack from its own Territory against Israel and that Israel is preparing to “Respond Instantly” with an even more Severe Attack inside of Iran; with him further stating, “What happens next is the most dangerous Middle East moment since 1973.” Also from Twitter/X: U.S. Senator Tom Cotton: "Israel is under threat of imminent attack by Iran. President Biden needs to warn the ayatollahs immediately that the United States will back Israel to the hilt and the joint American-Israeli retaliation for any attack will be swift and devastating." Edited to add this, also Twitter/X: According to U.S. Officials, a Rotation of Combat Aircraft with the Israeli Air Force have remained Airborne now for the last 48 Hours along their Northern, Eastern, and Southern Borders with other Squadrons in the North of the Country in a “High Alert Status” able to Scramble within 10 Minutes of Iranian Missiles being in the Air.
If remaining hostages are dead, it certainly reduces incentives for Israel to continue ceasefire negotiations. From a report on Twitter/X, citing The Wall Street Journal: "U.S. Officials who are involved with Israel-Hamas Hostage Deal and Ceasefire are beginning to Fear that a Majority if not almost all of the 136 Hostages remaining in the Gaza Strip are Dead; with Hamas Negotiators initially stating during discussion in Cairo that they no longer had 40 Alive Hostages in the Humanitarian Category which includes Women, Children, and the Elderly, to them now stating that they may not have 40 Alive Hostages in Total." Meanwhile, against Iran: According to a U.S. Official, the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group and several other Coalition Naval Vessels have moved off the Coast of Western Yemen and in the direction of the Northern Red Sea in order to more easily Defend against any Large-Scale Missile and/or Drone Attack launched against Israel or U.S. Navy Ships by the Houthis, Iran, or other Iranian-Backed Proxy Groups.
My heart is troubled by this shocking development. This would affect a great many lands. I'm also reminded of what Carmelite said a few days ago, of sensing something bad ahead. I hadn't felt so then but I do now.
An interesting first-hand take from an Israeli, Amir Tsarfati, who runs a Bible ministry. The first minute and a half is an introduction. He fears Iran will become a captive of its own threats and be forced to act even if it doesn't wish to. Tsarfati mentions nuclear sites possibly coming into play. "We can finally get to the head of the snake now. Iran cannot run away. I think it is good." He asks prayer for the people Israel, Lebanon and Iran.
