To listen to the relevant section to which I refer you can go to the 7:45 mark. In watching the choices Ted Homa had made, the doctor was overwhelmed with unworthiness. He was struck at how even using the Name of Jesus unworthily had so grieved the Lord's Heart! The devil was present taunting him, so he decided to cry out to the Father: no answer; to Jesus: no answer; but when he cried to the Holy Spirit, the Spirit stated, "Call on Mary!" The response of the devil was instantaneously, mockingly saying that that was blasphemous! But when Ted Homa did, Our Lady appeared in her purity and told him simply that everything would be fine. I don't believe this doctor's personal experience means everyone must cry out to Mary at their personal judgment, but what struck me was the relationship between the Holy Spirit and Mary, and for Ted, she was God's vehicle to provide hope. O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
