As I mentioned on a previous prayer request, I'm going to be doing an online evangelization campaign this summer, I have been planning for this since the Fall. Before my reversion, I had lived a horrible life of sin which included suffering with a sexual perversion. Though I didn't have an account, I had ran into certain people on a secular site who are suffering with the same perversion I have suffered with. I have now set up an account on that site, and on June 13th, (in honour of Our Lady of Fatima) I plan on reaching out to these people and trying to convert them. Tomorrow I will be shifting almost all my prayer intentions towards this campaign. Please pray for both me and the people I'm trying to convert, I'm going to be speaking with specifically 3, possibly 4 or even more people, whom I will refer to as simply M., A., P., and A. L. (All of these initials, with the possible exception of M, refer to their usernames, I don't know any of these peoples real names, again with the possible exception of M.) Pray that I may speak to the Truth and Love to these people, and yet at the same time be detached from this work, and entrust to Jesus and Mary, that they convert these people with or without my efforts. Pray that regardless of what happens, I have the utmost Love for God in this endeavor. Finally, pray that I don't spend too much, nor too little time on this. As I've mentioned before, I have been struggling with a very busy life lately, I have now reorganized my schedule so that both my college work and my prayer life are more balanced out. (Not that I won't be doing and offering up my college work out of love for God, in fact, tomorrow, when I'll be shifting the vast majority of my prayer intentions to this Evangelization campaign, I'll also be offering up my college work for this as well.) I plan on doing this Summer Campaign a few minutes in the morning, and a few minutes in the evening, and spending the rest of time working primarily on my college work. Here I go!
The feast of St. Anthony of Padua is on June 13th. I will say an extra prayer to St. Anthony for you.
I wish you many blessings RW. The one word of caution I would give is to be careful about revisiting areas that might be near occasions of sin. Even with the best of intentions, as you seem to have, one can be easily pulled off the right path.
RW, I have to echo the members above who have said to flee the occasions of sin. I would not in any way, shape or form go back to that site. Flee, flee, flee. Say the Rosary daily for those intentions and let Our Lord and Our Lady take care of those souls. Please listen to the voice of the Church when it says to flee the occasions of sin. Please God that you will not even dip your toe into dangerous waters. We can't convert anyone anyway. That is God's job. Plus, you have already shared with us that you have a full plate of life now, and that you have plenty to enjoy and work on. Give thanks to the Lord for He is good.
