Yes, I know well That is also for initial strengthening post surgery or when there is clear weakness.
Sanctus, can you provide more detail about those 'latter times' you refer to 'when people will reject certain foods? Is it mentioned in the Book of Revelation, for example?
Hi DeGaulle, one of my Bibles is a Gideons Bible and it said it in there somewhere. I was surprised to see it as it seems to describe veganism perfectly. I must try and source it for you if I can.
7.7 billion, have we reached Gods number? Numbers aside, I live very much among the Irish farming community and can vouch that they have very little hope at the moment. I only wish they would use their tractors, slurry spreaders and all the tools of protest they actually have instead of waiting for the next government handout.
I work with this community and have done so for 35 years. They have always done as they were advised by politicians and 'experts', often at enormous financial risk. Some are now working so hard that they haven't time to talk to one and are punch-drunk from it all. Most work seven-day weeks and take few, if any holidays. Yet, they see their incomes declining from year to year, despite ever-increasing work-loads. Like farmers everywhere, they have delivered sufficient and cheap food such that the world is feeding more than it has ever done before, yet all they receive is contempt from the comfortable. They, as a community, are too benign and polite to protest in a manner that might achieve something. International politicians are taking us towards something like Mao's Great Leap Forward, but on a much larger scale. If they succeed, there will be famine on an unimaginable scale. The comfortable will then know the value of farmers. According to Google, this number is our world population right now, although I am somewhat sceptical of census figures, most particularly outside the developed world.
People need to be aware of the potential health effects of this dangerous diet/religion. Very good short talk from ex-Vegan:
The lies about this madness need to be exposed IMHO. They are playing with people's lives. The sustainability ideology will destroy people, culture etc. The UN seem to be at the forefront of this. God will expose this in time no doubt, as He is exposing many other things at this time. There seems to be very dark forces behind all these agendas that are being pushed at the moment and the Green/Sustainability Agenda is just another addition. It is a communist/ socialist model dressed up as something else.
It is noticeable that the Irish media are very critical of Fine Gael at the moment. Personally I would be very sceptical of this criticism and the agenda behind it. Usually they (the media) start criticising those in government when they are preparing for a new party to enter government, in this case most likely the Green Party, who fit in with the current green/sustainable Agenda. They deployed the same tactics with Fianna Fail when they were coming to the end of power and Fine Gael promised us everything and were voted in. They are all taking order from the same Elite whether it be Fine Gael, Fianna Fail, the Greens or the majority of the media (which happens to be mostly owned by Bildeberger Denis O'Brien). The green/socialist agenda seems to be taking hold so it is reasonably foreseeable the Greens will get into Government in the next election. The media are simply trying to engineer us by slating Fine Gael and will move on with the same agenda under a different party. People will vote in a new party expecting different results but ultimately nothing will change, unless people wake up.
It is also worth noting that we no longer have true investigative independent journalism is this country as all the media is in the hands of the elite.
Your interpretation might well be right, but I also consider that Brexit might culminate in a Fine Gael government actively enforcing the British partition of Ireland, a state of affairs that would render them so politically toxic that they will be of no further use to their globalist masters. This would be such an act of political folly (and I believe Varadkar stupid enough not to realise the extent of it), that journalists are already beginning to distance themselves for fear of contamination. This government appears a slow-motion train-wreck. As regards the vacuum, I think the 'greens' of a nationalist variety, Sinn Fein, might be best placed to exploit the calamity of an Irish government enforcing British rule in Ireland.
I am not trying to pick a fight with the Irish, but...... One must ask themselves, have they rejected the prophet God may have sent to warn their countrymen of the events taking place in Ireland today? I know our Lord said, no prophet is accepted in their own land, but why is that? Perhaps it is because we never think a prophet could come from our own countrymen, as it was said about Jesus himself. Yet, I feel most countries have been given its prophets to warn of what we see happening today and what is coming tomorrow. Sometimes I think about the 40 years Noah was building an ark on dry ground. Forty years of being laughed, mocked and ridiculed. When did those around him have their "oh shit" moment? When the water was at their knees, their chest or their nose? I think it is the same today with God's prophets. Our day of warning is upon the horizon. Many, as our Lady of Akita said, will not live to tell about it, and it won't be a rainbow, but a rosary that will persevere these times.
C.S. Lewis was an Irishman, born in Belfast. Not a Catholic, but a great Christian and admired by many orthodox Catholics (indeed, the progressives don't like him, at all). A great apologist for the Christian Faith. Maybe he was one of our prophets? It could certainly be said that we have rejected Lewis, as few have read his writings or are even aware of who he is, from my experience.
Well, needless to say, every country has had their prophets they have rejected. Was there ever a popular prophet? Jonah was one whom the citizens of Nineveh actually listened to and he was his own worst enemy prior to doing what God demanded of him. However, I cannot think of one prophet in the modern world who has been heeded. Countrymen will pay the price through and through for their rejection of them.
