It’s a long story but, I’m think of creating one or more Rosary Confraternities or prayer groups, what are the rules regarding establishing those? Do you have to get a priest involved or something or can you just start one?
Starting a prayer group is an excellent idea, but I would not use the name Rosary Confraternity as there is a Rosary Confraternity in the Catholic Church which Pope Leo did an apostolic constitution on the confraternity. What is the Rosary Confraternity? – Rosary Center Ubi Primum – Rosary Center
